Student Registration, Tuition & Fees Contract SY 2026-2027
NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEES: (Per student, to secure a spot for your child)
Early Registration for Incoming Kindergarten – January 1, 2026, $200.00
Returning Students Re-Registration for Fall 2026 online the week of Feb. 16 to Feb. 20, 2026: $175.00
Returning Students registering for Fall 2026- After February 21, 2026, $200.00
Open Enrollment/K-8 New Registration Online - March 1, 2026. New Students Registering at any time: $200.00
Tuition is to be paid through FACTS Tuition Management Service. This contract agreement may change yearly and must be renewed and signed yearly. School-based tuition assistance is preferentially given to those families who demonstrate financial need. For consideration of tuition assistance, you must first apply annually with CEF with proper documentation. The top tuition assistance priority is for those who qualify but do not receive CEF awards. Suppose you do not meet CEF income guidelines and wish to receive school financial aid. In that case, you may apply online through FACTS ($45 fee) to be considered for school-based tuition assistance at https://factsmgt.com/ Always communicate changes with the office. Please help us keep all financial information confidential.
*If your student has a sibling currently enrolled at the St. Anthony Nursery, you may be eligible for a special discount. Please contact Mr. Carlos Aguilar for more information.

Payment Cycles: (FACTS payments due on the 5th or 20th of the month)
Plan 1: Due July 2026 (FACTS Fee $25.00)
Plan 2: First half due July 2026 / Second half due Dec. 2026 (FACTS Fee $25.00)
10-month plan: August 2026 to May 2027 (FACTS Fee $55.00)
*Late payment fee: $25, Insufficient fund fee: $25
*If your payment is one month late, and you have not contacted the principal, your child cannot return to class until full payment is received. You must notify the school if you know your payment will be late. You must notify the office and make arrangements with the principal.
*Final grades will not be released to parents until all tuition and fees are paid in full.
*If the school remains functioning and teaching continues even throughout a disruptive state or worldwide issue, you are still held responsible for upholding this contract. Your signature below confirms this understanding.
*Our school budget depends on income confirmed by signed contracts, and we rely on tuition promised by our families. If you end your contract early, the school will determine what is fair, and if any rebates are to be given. Any unpaid amounts may be sent to a Collection Agency.
