The Annual Registration Fee of $1,150.00 is payable in full upon registration for all new students. For all returning students, Annual Registration Fees are automatically debited from family FACTS accounts in three installments on March 20, April 20 and May 20. We are extremely pleased to announce that your student's annual textbooks, which have typically cost an additional $200 or more each year, are now included in the Annual Registration Fee, which once again has not increased for the coming school year!
Annual Fundraising Fee - All BAHS families are required to support our annual fundraising efforts by contributing $500.00. The Annual Fundraising Fee has not increased for the 2026-2027 school year. Parents pay through FACTS and may choose to make a single payment in full in July or in five installments between August and December. The Annual Fundraising Fee contributes to schoolwide fundraisers and provides essential supplementary funding for scholarships, educational technology, professional development for faculty/staff, innovative programming and more. We depend on such fundraising contributions, along with additional philanthropic gifts to the Bishop Alemany Annual Fund, to fully fund the school's budget each year.
Graduation Fee (12th Grade Students only) - All Seniors are charged a $275.00 Graduation Fee to cover the costs of graduation, which includes cap and gown. This fee is split into 11 payments of $25.00 from July 5 to May 5.
Associated Student Body (ASB) Fee - All families are required to provide an annual fee of $50.00 to contribute towards activities facilitated by the Associated Student Body for the student body. This includes supporting school dances and special events for students. The fee is charged per student and will be collected in one payment via FACTS on October 20.
Parent Service Hours - All families are required to provide 15 hours of service to the school annually. Unserved hours will be billed at $20.00 per hour.
Bishop Alemany Parent Association (BAPA) Fee - At Bishop Alemany, we believe in partnering with parents. All Bishop Alemany High School parents are automatically members of the Bishop Alemany Parent Association (BAPA) and are encouraged to participate in school programs and activities for the benefit of the entire school community. By working together in BAPA, parents build rich and lasting friendships with other parents. All parents/guardians are invited to learn about and join BAPA events and opportunities at various times during the school year, through which they contribute their time and talents. BAPA holds regular general meetings throughout the school year, and all parents are invited and encouraged to attend. At the beginning of each school year, a single $20.00 fee will be charged to each family to support the work of BAPA, and will be automatically debited on September 20 from FACTS accounts.
FACTS Fee Collection - All families are required to maintain a valid and active FACTS tuition account for the collection of tuition and fees. FACTS charges a $55.00 enrollment fee per family, per year. New students pay this fee at enrollment and returning students are billed on March 20. Your active and valid FACTS account indicates your acceptance of this Tuition Agreement document and willingness to fulfill your obligations under the provisions of this agreement.
Additional Tuition and Fees Policies - All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event the student does not attend Bishop Alemany or terminates attendance for any reason. All fees are due upon acceptance or renewal. Summer school and Athletic fees are not included in annual tuition and fees.
