Athletic Team Selection and Participation Requirements
Participation on a Bishop Montgomery athletic team is a privilege and is subject to team selection procedures established by each sport's coaching staff. Most athletic programs conduct tryouts or evaluations to determine team placement. Selection criteria may vary by sport and may include skill level, athletic ability, effort, attitude, teamwork, and program needs.
Students interested in participating in athletics must complete all required athletic clearance forms and receive official clearance before participating in tryouts, practices, competitions, or other team activities. In addition, all athletes are required to pay the applicable athletic participation fee established by the school.
