The school owns and maintains authority over its official internet presence, including websites, social media accounts, pages, groups, and other digital platforms representing the school or its affiliated programs, teams, clubs, organizations, or ministries.
No student, parent/guardian, employee, coach, volunteer, alumni group, organization, or other individual or group may create, operate, or maintain any website, social media account, page, group, or other online presence that could reasonably be interpreted as being officially owned, sponsored, endorsed, or supported by the school without prior authorization from school administration. The school's name, logo, branding, or other identifying marks may not be used in a manner that suggests official school affiliation without authorization.
The school may require any unauthorized website, account, page, group, or other digital presence to be removed, renamed, modified, or, when appropriate, transferred to the school. Failure to comply with a directive from school administration may result in appropriate disciplinary or administrative action. For students, such action may include consequences up to and including dismissal from the school. For employees, coaches, volunteers, or other individuals affiliated with the school, consequences may include the loss or termination of their role, responsibilities, or affiliation with the school. The school also reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding unauthorized use of its name, logos, trademarks, or other identifying materials by outside individuals or organizations.
