Grade Reporting
Report Cards
Report cards are sent home on a trimester basis for students in Grades K-8. Parent-Teacher Conferences
are held in the Fall/Winter for all parents and attendance is mandatory. Parents should review the report
card with the teacher and child. Please sign the envelope and return it to your child’s teacher. If students
are doing less than satisfactory work, the teacher should arrange to talk or meet with the parents to discuss
the problem.
Interim Progress Reports
Teachers will post student grades on SchoolSpeak on a regular basis. Parents may check their Parents Web
page to keep updated on their children’s academic progress. Any concerns should be directed to the
teacher through a scheduled conference. Teachers enter grades on the 15th and last day of the month.
Please note, however, that parent/student access will be locked during the weeks of interim and trimester
reports.
School Calendar
