The records include:

  • Appeal/review

  • Complaint/grievance

  • Documentation submitted by grievant

  • Documentation submitted by others

  • Notes of investigation

  • Outcome of investigation

  • Witness statements, if any

Personnel-related files should never be destroyed without the permission of the Human Resources Department or the Department of Catholic Schools. See the Record Retention Schedule (sorted by category and record type).​
