Registration & Payments - Payments are due for all programs at time of registration. Parents must register their child using the SCL Sports Forms. A $65 sport fee will be added to your smart tuition account. The cap per season is $195.00, if you have multiple children participating. This fee helps to cover the cost for games sites, uniforms, equipment and officials' fees. A payment plan may be allowed if previously agreed upon by the parent and SCL. A scholarship is only offered after the family has applied for aid and been approved by SCL Admin. Refunds- Program costs are fixed; therefore, SCL Sports incurs costs whether a youth finishes a complete season or not. A surcharge will be assessed in the following way:

Before Registration Period Ends = FULL REFUND

Prior to First Game = $65 credit toward future seasons

After the First Game of the Season = $40 credit toward future seasons

A cancellation request email must be submitted to pittockr@stcat.org in order to be reviewed for credit.

Uniform Policy- SCL distributes uniforms at the beginning of the season and collects them at the end of the season. In an effort to teach the athletes responsibility we are asking all athletes to keep their uniforms throughout the season and arrive to each game with their uniform on. If a player does not arrive to a game with their uniform, they will not be allowed to play as we will not have extra uniforms at the games. At the end of the season we will collect the uniforms and the player will be cleared. If a player does not return their uniform a $25 fee for each item not returned will be charged to your smart tuition account. We are asking that parents help us in this effort to help ensure that athletes take care of their uniforms and show up to each game ready to play. To help take care of our uniforms, please wash & air dry all SCL uniforms.

Equipment Policy - SCL will distribute sport equipment to each team’s head coach at the beginning of the season. All coaches must oversee their sport equipment for practices and pre-game warm-up. Head Coaches must return all sports equipment at the end of the season to SCL to store for the following year. All sport equipment stored at SCL must be setup/torn down by the team coaches. All SCL coaches are responsible for taking care of SCL Sports equipment, ensuring no damage other than normal wear and tear.

SCL is not responsible for equipment needed by an individual athlete.
