​5.9.2 Pay Increases

To stimulate and reward good performance, every employee’s compensation is reviewed annually. However, this does not mean pay adjustments are automatic. Based on budgetary requirements, archdiocesan guidelines, individual performance, and other considerations, the person in charge determines if any wage increases will be given. In the case of parish elementary schools and high schools, the principal shall consult with the pastor to determine changes in compensation.
