7.2.3 Procedure for Documenting Use of Facilities If an individual, organization, or entity has been granted permission by the location to use the facilities, and the use has been approved by the archdiocese, the location must complete the appropriate documentation and return a fully executed copy to the Real Estate Department before the date of use.
