​​Parishes, schools, religious education, and youth ministry programs must establish child abuse protection training programs for all adult staff who work in schools and religious education programs, and for all children and youth who are students in schools or parish religious education programs, youth ministry or who participate in any programs, whether as members or volunteer leaders.
