9.2.2 Meetings and Minutes
The Safeguard the Children Committee is required to have at least two formal meetings each year. Minutes of each meeting are to be kept on file at the location. A copy of the minutes must be submitted to the archdiocese Office of Safeguard the Children with the annual USCCB Safe Environment Parish/High School Audit Compliance Report (available on the Safeguard the Children website). High schools with committees should forward their minutes with their Mandated USCCB Safe Environment High School Audit Compliance Report and Signature Page (updated annually and due May 15 each year).
