The records include:

  • Appeal/review
  • Complaint/grievance

  • Documentation submitted by grievant

  • Documentation submitted by others

  • Notes of investigation

  • Outcome of investigation

  • Witness statements, if any

Personnel-related files should never be destroyed without permission of the Human Resources Department​ or the Department of Catholic Schools. See the Record Retention Schedule (sorted by category and record type).​
