​​5.11.3 Staff Members are Part of the Faith Community

Members of the non-teaching (classified) staff​ are an integral part of the school’s community of faith and shall participate in community activities in a manner consistent with their responsibilities in the school. All staff members are expected to give service to the school community according to the teachings of the Gospel and to work according to the school philosophy. As members of the school community of faith, members of the non-teaching (classified) staff are to be included in the retreats​, faith development program, and other opportunities for prayer, liturgy, and faith formation provided for the teaching staff of the school.​
