​​​Facilities Use, Maintenance, and Construction​

​Locations are responsible for the use, maintenance, and construction of all buildings and land, and must collaborate, as applicable, with the regional bishop, Financia​l Services, Construction​ Depa​rtment, Real Estate Department, Office for Di​vine Worship, and Department​ of Catholic Schools​ as indicated below in the following matters:

• Use of the property by any outside parties, including events, filming, leases, and rentals 

• Maintenance and care of facilities​ 

• Remodeling, renovation, refurbishment, expansion, demolition, and any new construction​ of any facilities 

This chapter provides guidance on archdiocesan policies and procedures involving the use, maintenance, and construction of facilities at all locations. In addition, this chapter's resources include required forms, helpful samples, and other information.​
